At Nursery Time, the price you see is the price you pay. Only Kentucky residents pay Ky sales tax
Your order will be shipped to our store , located at 196 e new cirle rd. You will be notified
when it arrives. You the have the option of scheduling a date to pick up your order, or putting
in our FREE LAYAWAY and picking it up at a later date.

Delivery to your home can be arranged. Call store for details.

Open the item Carefully

We inspect the order to make sure the boxes are not damged. We do not open the boxes unless
there is sufficient reason to assume the merchandise has been affected. In the event of concealed
damage, we will get a replacement item or part to resove the issue. 


All returned items must be in their original container, with the original packaging
intact and all warranty cards, manuals and paperwork included. Any items not returned
in new condition will be assessed a restocking fee (amount will be determined on individual basis).

RETURN SHIPPING IS AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
For your protection, you may wish to insure the package when you mail or ship it back to us.

Nursery Time is not responsible for the loss of ,or damage to, any returned merchandise. 
Items returned that were offered with free shipping, will have the actual shipping charges
deducted from the amount. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.


If the items that you received are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately
by phone or e-mail for return instructions. If the items were damaged during shipping,
we are required to contact UPS,FEDEX, or USPS as they have the right to inspect the package.



Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included
in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you
will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. In the case of a return,
you will be refunded the purchase price, less our actual outbound shipping cost and a
restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing
time generally takes a few weeks.



In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged; 
we will send you replacements free of charge. We will contact the company and arrange for a replacement.
If the item needs to be returned for replacement, we will get the neccessay documentation
for you. Please call the number on your order receipt,
and our customer service team will arrange this for you.
